We ran Promptwatch on HubSpot and checked its ChatGPT numbers against our own run. Where it is accurate, where its citation counts break, and what $95 a month buys.

We paid for Promptwatch and tracked HubSpot across seven AI engines. Here is what it gets right, and what it gets wrong.
First, the numbers hold up. Promptwatch found HubSpot in 56 percent of ChatGPT answers. Our own run of the same 16 prompts found 52 percent. That gap is small enough to be noise.
It also shows the searches ChatGPT ran behind each answer. On email marketing, HubSpot scored zero. ChatGPT had searched for Klaviyo, Mailchimp and Omnisend by name.
Across seven engines, Claude named HubSpot most often, at 59 percent. Perplexity named it in fewer than 8 percent of answers.
Check the starter prompts, too. Three of the ten it wrote for us named HubSpot, which pushes the score up.
Two things cost it the fifth point. One cited page shows up as five separate rows, one per URL parameter, so the citation count splits.
And the built-in agent said answers collected that same day were older than its 90 day window.
One useful extra: 26 of 37 ChatGPT answers carried ads, and Promptwatch shows them on each answer.
Essential costs 95 dollars a month, with a seven day trial. The content tools start at 245.
Four out of five. The best value tracker we have tested. The full review is on organikpi.com.
