Turn any set of questions and answers into valid FAQPage JSON-LD. Add your Q&As below, copy the schema, and paste it into your page. Everything runs in your browser, so nothing you type is sent to a server or stored.
Your questions
Add each question and the answer you want AI answer engines and Google to read. Keep answers self-contained.
FAQPage JSON-LD
Copy this into your page <head> (or a Custom HTML block). Updates as you type.
Validate with Google's Rich Results Test. Only mark up FAQs that are visible on the page.
How to use it
- Type each question and the answer you want engines to read. Keep every answer complete on its own.
- Copy the generated JSON-LD block.
- Paste it into your page <head>, or into a Custom HTML block in your CMS.
- Confirm it with Google’s Rich Results Test.
Why FAQ schema helps you get cited
Answer engines lift self-contained question and answer pairs straight into their responses. FAQPage schema hands them that structure in a format they can parse without guessing, which is the whole point of structured data for AI search. It is one of the fastest wins in answer engine optimization, and it pairs with the wider shift we cover in AEO versus SEO.
One honest caveat. Google narrowed FAQ rich results in 2023 to well-known government and health sites, so most pages no longer get the expandable FAQ look in blue-link results. The markup still earns its place: AI answer engines, crawlers, and other machines read it to understand your page, and it keeps your Q&A clean and quotable. Mark up only the questions that are actually visible on the page, which is what Google’s guidelines require.
